Our coffee arrives by conventional shipping from Uganda, via Mombasa and we are aiming to reduce our carbon by 50% by working with International Windshipping, so watch this space.
We will strive to bring you your coffee in the most carbon-neutral way. The Royal Mail currently has the strongest commitment to zero-carbon in the UK and is our preferred supplier.
Our rates start at £1.75 and you will only pay for the postage according to the weight of your item/s, including packaging.
If you order a 1 x 227g bag, this will weigh up to 300g and therefore you will be charged £2.75

We only offer standard shipping which is 1-3 days, as this is the most cost-effective and carbon-friendly way. If you need it sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
We think it’s important that we are open and transparent about the cost of shipping our products, and that these are visible to our customers. If we absorb the cost of postage and packing, then the price gets distorted and this goes against the values of Fairtrade. If we know the true cost, then we are able to make better choices for ourselves, personally.
All our items get posted in plastic-free, reusable, recyclable materials, as this is really important to us.
We currently only ship to the UK, due to extra customs charges and fees since 31/1/20. If you would like us to ship to you or someone else outside of the U.K, please contact us and we will try and help you.
